I found the experience of learning to drive very enjoyable having being quite apprehensive about the prospect beforehand. Derek has a very calm and encouraging approach to his teaching. I liked that each lesson had a clear structure and afterwards I felt confident that I had learned something new and was progressing. Derek would always end each lesson with constructive feedback in a positive way and I always looked forward to my lessons and improving my driving. In preparation for my test I felt that I covered the routes well and appreciated that Derek would ask me what I wanted to cover and if there was anything I felt unsure about rather than dictating the lessons. Before my test Derek was very positive which put me at ease and you could tell he genuinely wants his pupils to do well. I can't recommend his tuition any higher if you want to learn to drive and enjoy the process then I would definitely get in touch.
