Joanne is very friendly and makes you feel calm by talking to you through your lessons. She is very professional in her work, she taught me some very easy techniques to perform manoeuvres and also taught me how to control the car and my speed. Joanne is easy to talk to and if you have any issues within driving she will help you to improve on them. I believe she is a very good instructor and I would highly recommend her.
