Lu is a wonderful friendly instructor, from the moment I met her she was so natural in how she spoke to me and had the ability to put me at ease. She taught me what I needed to learn by going through things step by step and in a way that did not make me feel stupid and always respected even when I made mistakes. Instead Lu went through any errors in an encouraging caring way that helped me to get over feeling nervous. Thank you Lu for helping me pass my test.
