Taking a refresher course with Karen really reduced my anxiety as a driver who had passed their test ten years ago and hadn't been in a car since. I learned so much both in terms of how the roads have changed since I did my lessons the first time round, as well as about myself and how my own emotions can influence my driving. After completing the course, I feel much more able to practice driving on my own in a safe and reflective way. I would definitely recommend Karen's calm and non-judgemental approach to any driver - new, or in need of refreshing, nervous or confident and just wanting to become a better driver. Many thanks!
