I don’t know how I came across Phil when looking for driving instructors, however all I know is that I am incredibly pleased I did! I genuinely couldn't be happier with my choice to learn with Phil. He has the perfect teaching style, and will ask you how you learn and what you think will be best for you and plans everything according to suit you as an individual. He gives you the opportunity to run the lessons and suggests topics you would like to try out or to revisit things you feel less confident with. I found learning to drive a fun and exciting experience – made even better by Phil’s great sense of humour and the funny conversations we had! Also because of Phil’s amazing ability to remain calm under any circumstances, he fills you with confidence and never puts you down if you make a mistake. He helps you to learn from the mistakes in a constructive way and through this process you get to understand so much about the roads and the car itself with Phil’s extensive knowledge and experience.

He also doesn’t leave out the theory, and was constantly giving me feedback and tips regarding the theory questions I had before that test too. He goes the extra mile to suit your needs and be as of much help as he can for us as his pupils. Phil taught me not only to the level of passing my test, but more importantly much beyond this and I now feel as though I understand the roads far better and feel safe and confident in dealing with any situation that may arise on my own on the roads! I am very lucky to have been taught by such a nice, funny and genuine guy – whose driving knowledge and ability far surpasses what I believed to be possible! I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to learn to drive – as I have done with all of my friends! Couldn’t have been happier with my choice and I cannot thank him enough!
