Phil is an excellent teacher--he communicates clearly, explains things in an understandable way, and listens to what students need and want. He has a very calm and kind demeanor which makes for a great atmosphere in the car. He is patient, professional, and always respectful. I highly recommend him as an excellent driving instructor.
