I came to Charlie from a different instructor and he took me under his wing I felt comfortable and at ease straight away. He is a very patient instructor (he needed to be with me :) ) he is very laid back, his humour helps calm the nerves. Charlie gave me the flexibility I needed and helped me gain a new found freedom.
