Michael is a very patient and calm instructor, not once did he raise his voice or get annoyed when I was driving. Even when I managed to drive on the wrong side of the road he just calmly took control of the situation, I have to say my other instructor (my mum) wasn't quite as calm! He was always on time, usually early and I remember on quite a few occasions he even went over time a bit, with no extra cost, when I was really struggling to grasp something. He was always friendly and chatty, although never talked to me too much when I was driving so I could concentrate properly on the road.

It has only taken me 6 months to pass my test with hourly lessons every week and I'm positive I wouldn't have been able to do it so quickly without Michael as an instructor. He's clearly in this job because he loves doing it and so I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to start learning to drive.
