I found this to be a great experience, not only as a learner but as a customer. The fear I had was making a mistake, however Ian encouraged me to pick myself back up and try again, there was no shouting or strictness just a joint laugh at all the mistakes. This lead to a great learning environment. 10/10 wold recommend to a friend.
