Abigail's mum writes: Thank you, Jon, for being such a fantastic driving instructor for my daughter. She came back from every lesson excited about what she had achieved, and looking forward to her next lesson. You made each lesson such a positive experience for her, and your well-judged use of humour helped her to deal with the challenges she encountered. We are very lucky to have found you.
