David was an excellent, patient Instructor who I felt comfortable around. He had me driving the car within the first 10 hours of lessons (from start to finish). The last 8 hours (minus 2 hours for test) were spent finessing my skills and taking a mock test with Patrick. In my first 4 hours of driving, David made me feel at ease in a safe space, first an empty car park, then we moved onto the road. I thought the book was very useful and I read each section before the lesson, I did not use the digital resources as I didn't need to. I passed first time, with only 4 minors (due to nerves on the test). I am very grateful for how easy it was to schedule my lessons, I have a very hectic shift pattern so this was a worry of mine, David responded to every query I had via text message and was very easy to get hold of.
