Pauline is an excellent teacher, she is friendly, knowledgeable and patient, and immediately put me at ease. Her approach to teaching was very effective, instead of focusing on negatives when mistakes were made, they were always turned into a learning opportunity, and by quickly (and sometimes discreetly!) retrying situations that led to them and handling them correctly, confidence was always kept high. The overall learning experience was very positive, and I would not hesitate to recommend her to others.
