Pauline was friendly and patient allowing me to progress at a good pace without ever feeling uncomfortable or unsafe. She was also very understanding when I was unable to attend a few lessons when I had a foot injury and had to cancel at short notice, providing me with the flexibility I needed to get back behind the wheel once I was ready again. Pauline provides a great balance between identifying and working on any weakness whilst encouraging you to understand your strengths and focus on the positive aspects of your driving. Pauline also helped me to understand exactly what to expect on test day and the required skills needed to pass the test and get me out on my own driving safely. Thank you so much for your help.
