Pauleen is a lovely instructor, she is kind, understanding and very helpful. If you have any questions she answers them straight away and if you make a mistake she talks to you about it to improve upon it. I couldn't have asked for a better instructor!!!! The workbook is helpful as it tells you how to complete each procedure in a simple and easy to understand way. By reading this before lessons you can try to apply it straight away. It's a different way to learn but is very helpful.
