Richard was excellent, made me feel relaxed in the car and made everything clear and helped me on my weaknesses. It was very useful going through the show me tell me questions inside the car and under the bonnet as I didn't understand a few of them so Richard went through and showed me tyre condition and pressures power steering etc. He was reliable and always on time. He helped me to become a much more confident driver and pass my test after I had failed with other instructors.
