Richard is an excellent driving instructor, He always had confidence in my ability. Even though I failed twice with Richard we went through the faults and worked on them. He is calm and positive with great sense of humour. I always felt comfortable in the car with him and I get the feeling that he is always focused and professional. I had already passed my theory so didn't need the online hub. Richard is a first class instructor and i’d recommend him to others.
