I passed first time with Nicki in only 4 months of being with her and I had never driven before. Nicki is helpful and clear in her instructions. She is very cheerful and the lessons are never dull. She has never cancelled in the months I have had her and she has done very well to accommodate my inconsistent schedule. In other words very reliable and adaptable.
