I'd started learning to drive with a different instructor 10 years previously but really didn't enjoy the experience and gave up after failing my first test. Darren put me at ease from my first lesson onwards. His knowledge both of vehicles and the roads (and basically everything you need to know to become a safe driver and pass your test) is incredibly vast. He's patient and reassuring but will push and encourage you where and when it's needed. I can't recommend him enough, especially if you're a little nervous/lacking confidence like I was!
