Ian was always very professional and calm and put my mind at ease. I always felt very safe with him and my confidence increased greatly. Previously I have not been successful in my tests but this time I have passed on my first attempt since being with Ian. I now feel safe and competent enough to drive alone after the lessons that I have had with Ian. I only used some of the LDC resources because I already had my own but the ones that I did use I found very useful.
