Such a lovely, down to earth person, super easy to get on with and made me feel at ease the whole time which is definitely what your wanting! After having to find another instructor at short notice, Tracy was kind enough to take me on with no hesitation, which I’m very grateful for, even teaching me some new tips n tricks along the way that I won’t forget.
