Overall very professional and organised. The LD workbook was very helpful. Good test preparation (fitting in enough lessons until I was fully confident). Jackie was really good at rebooking tests in the current situation and I was very grateful she managed to bring my test forward. Overall a really good instructor, I would recommend to anyone!
