Richard was very clear with instructions, he also let me go at my own pace. However he thoroughly went through everything that was needed, he is very friendly and likes a good laugh. He filled me with confidence whilst not letting me get over confident. The way way teaches is very good, for example; he lets you make a mistake then asks you what you done wrong, then he asks you what you did wrong. He will then go through different scenarios/situations and tells you what you could have done differently. I like this because it gives you a chance to remind yourself of what you done wrong. So next time you will remember the correct thing to do. The system that is set out is very effective, you will be given a workbook that has everything you could want about the practical test, it covers every subject that could possibly come up in the test so you are never feeling stuck. I would definitely recommend.
