Hannah at LDC was the name univocally recommended to me a few months ago when I was looking for an instructor; and she has not just taught me to pass a test, but to be a confident and safe road user. What makes Hannah outstanding is her complete commitment to her students. As a naturally anxiety-prone person, Hannah was exceptional in providing clarity of instruction, giving reassurance, and in constructively suggesting improvements non-judgmentally. She has taken additional courses herself to understand anxious mindsets, as well as SEN, better, and provided me with some fantastic resources on managing nerves and anxiety (which will help me beyond driving), as well as the LDC App, a helpful book, and loads of online resources. She goes above and beyond to give you the very best chance of passing on the day. Far from pigeon-holing students or teaching a standard script, she adapts her teaching to an individual level. I always felt that Hannah was very fair in how she charged and in the number of lessons she quoted. She actively helped me move test dates forwards and pass as quickly as possible. Hannah was impeccably professional - she was always punctual and was happy to go overtime to provide extra help with additional manoeuvres. Thank you, Hannah. I really enjoyed my lessons and felt a massive sense of accomplishment through them. I am thrilled to have passed and have a new freedom - I cannot recommend Hannah highly enough.
