After feeling like I wasn’t really getting anywhere with a previous instructor, I stopped lessons altogether for a few months. Three and a half weeks ago I found a cancellation test and bit the bullet, before frantically emailing around different driving schools for some sort of semi-intensive booster course. Most didn’t reply or said it was too short notice—except for Vicky, who responded within an hour and I'm so glad she did! She went above and beyond, reshuffling her schedule to fit in a 15-hour test booster course for me, even though she doesn't even usually cover the area I'd booked my test in. I genuinely wouldn’t have passed today (first time!!) without her. Vicky is a truly empathetic teacher, who is kind, patient and really passionate about what she does. She helped me unlearn some bad habits and I really liked the LDC approach with its workbook and online materials to study- they make it clear exactly what's expected in a driving test. Vicky is really engaged and clearly just wants the best for her students. I wish I'd learnt with Vicky from the beginning. I really can't recommend her highly enough, I'm going to miss our lessons!
