Hazel is a wonderful instructor. She is friendly, chatty, patient and very knowledgeable. She teaches in a calm and relaxed way that puts you at ease. She was always on time, well, usually at least five minutes early. She never rushed the lessons. The LDC workbook was easy to understand and helpful. Theory test preparation spot on and helped me to pass with nearly full marks and way over the marks needed. Exceptional service and I can’t recommend Hazel & LDC enough.
