After having negative experiences with driving instructors in the past, I can confidently say that Richard (and the LDC system) is the best instructor (and company) I have come across. This instructor says it as it is, and will always go the extra mile with regards to planning in lessons etc. My driving ability improved quickly and drastically on route to passing my test. Can't thank them enough!
