Jackie is a very punctual instructor with good communication skills. She was good at identifying my weaknesses during the lessons and was encouraging, which put me at ease whilst driving. Jackie would always send a reminder at the start of the week about timings of the lessons which was very useful. The LDC videos and online resources are pretty good for revising for the theory test.
