What can I say, it’s been quite the journey with Rich. I’d had a stop-start relationship with learning to drive, mainly due to living circumstances and not really enjoying it, to be honest I genuinely couldn’t picture myself behind the wheel of a car. Rich really helped changed that mindset. He put my mind at ease, never took shortcuts and really boosted my confidence. He followed the LDC workbook thoroughly and encouraged me to use it for revision (weird having homework years after leaving school) and improvement. He didn’t sugar coat anything, if something needed work, I knew it did… When it came to my test, I was ready. Even when I failed the first one, we highlighted the issue and tackled it head-on (probably not best use of words), so I knew exactly what to do next time. Rich is safe, alert and incredibly knowledgeable about the roads around Biggleswade, i fancy he could give a black cabbie a run for their money. I think it’s also important to highlight that he’s not just preparing you to pass your test, but to be a confident and safe driver for life. I really do believe that. And honestly, I genuinely enjoyed his company. From chats about family, sport, music, to pub recommendations, he made the whole experience enjoyable. I can’t recommend Rich highly enough as a driving instructor!
