Richard had always made me feel welcome and safe when learning, I would never worry about asking a question to Richard and he was always very friendly and easy to talk to. His lessons are always accessible and progressive and always student focused. He always tries his best to accommodate needs and puts his students first and goes above and beyond. Richard was always very encouraging and supportive, he made me feel comfortable when driving and confident in myself.
