Having used a different instructor in the past and not enjoying lessons, I can honestly say it was wonderful to have an instructor (Charlotte) who was helpful, kind and very supportive. She would plan ahead and bring useful material to the lessons that helped me with understanding the roads and driving them safely. The LDC driving skills workbook provided helped massively when driving with my parents and was a very useful tool.
