Lessons have been really good from day one. The workbook has been really useful to structure the lessons so I go in knowing what to expect and know what to improve. Jackie has been the perfect mixture of telling me strongly what I’ve done wrong but being encouraging and appreciative. I’ve looked forward to all my lessons and have come out achieving something new or fixing faults. Been so grateful.
