Rich was incredibly patient; instead of just teaching, he worked with me on every part of the learning process to understand the best way for me to learn to drive. From learning the basics to passing the test, I felt like I was constantly improving and gaining experience. If I made a mistake, he would understand what I was thinking, why I did it and what we should do moving on, like practicing the same roundabout or discussing it, which could be helpful for people who are bit more nervous when driving. Additionally, when looking for driving instructors, instead of just telling us to refer to a website, he prompted us to call him to get more information and allowed us to discuss with him what we would be doing, getting into contact with us before starting lessons. Confirmation of lessons were always received; there were no problems with them. Also, the LDC workbook was helpful. It allowed me to keep track what I was working on, what skills I needed to focus on and find information about manoeuvres, road rules and a lot of helpful tips on the practical driving test.
