Jackie is a very patient driving instructor. She explains everything clearly and as many times as needed. Over the time I learnt to drive, Jackie was always able to reassure me, even when I felt like completely giving up. I found my lessons always went so fast as I felt comfortable. Jackie was always up for a laugh but knew how to balance the laughs and when needed to be more serious. As a neurodivergent person, I was really anxious about learning to drive and it did take me a long time to get the hang of things at the beginning, but Jackie took things at my pace and I was able to take as long as I needed. I'm so grateful to Jackie, and I'm going to miss my driving lessons.
