I was very anxious about driving following a nervous experience with another driving instructor. I explained this to Jackie and she took the time to get to know me and what went wrong before and provide a taster session to ensure I felt comfortable. She was a very patient and calm teacher who always made sure I understood and was comfortable with the next steps before proceeding. She also adapted lessons when I was worried about an activity and always listened to my concerns to understand the reasons behind them to help me overcome them. Jackie prepared me well for my test, checking if I felt ready and rearranging dates where needed. She took me through a number of mock tests to ensure I felt less anxious on the actual day. This all led to me achieving a first time pass with only one minor fault. I couldn't be happier with the result.
