Following a poor experience with a different instructor (not from LDC), Rich came highly recommended by his previous students. From the very beginning, Rich was incredibly accommodating and flexible when it came to arranging lesson times. During our first lessons Rich started by going over the basics to understand what I had already learned elsewhere, then built my knowledge and confidence from there. As part of the learning process, Rich provided me with the LDC Driving Skills Workbook and took the time to go through it with me. He also showed me how to get the most out of the LDC app, which was a great resource for reinforcing what we’d covered in lessons and tracking my progress. Rich’s patience, calm demeanour, and encouragement are second to none. Even on my difficult days, he always reminded me to take my time, breathe, and believe in myself. He spent countless hours listening to me waffle on about anything and everything, and every random or weird question I asked was met with a answer that helped put my mind at ease I genuinely can’t recommend Rich highly enough. I’ll always be grateful that he took me on as a student and helped me achieve something I once thought never possible.
