Ethan
Finding Karen was the best thing that happened for Ethan. After a particularly distressing experience with another instructor, Karen soon helped Ethan find his confidence and guide him through the whole process of learning theory to passing his practical first time. Every lesson was a joy and he looked forward to his weekly catch up with Karen. Her patience and calm approach was just amazing. Looking forward to Karen teaching my other son in the new year.
