Mik was friendly, supportive and made me feel comfortable when learning to drive, especially initially as I was a bit nervous to start. Mik used lots of diagrams and images, which made it a lot easier to understand and learn the manoeuvres and positioning. The LDC workbook was very useful and made learning and tracking progress easy. In particular, the guidance on how to carry out the manoeuvres was very useful when practising in between lessons. I also found the section on the format and criteria of the test very useful. The theory test resources were excellent in helping me to prepare for my theory test. In particular, the hazard perception online practice videos and tests were very useful. The website was very to navigate and use.
