Rich has been very supportive, patient and encouraging throughout my lessons. He explains everything clearly and make sure I understand each topic before moving on to something new. I really appreciate the way Rich adapts the lessons to my learning needs and gives me useful advice and feedback to help me improve. He creates a calm and comfortable learning environment, which has helped me build my confidence while driving. The LDC workbook was very helpful to write down how the lessons went with a guide to each topic and questions to fill out. It was very useful because I could track my progress each week and always know what i needed to improve on.
