Nathan Durrant

Andy is a supportive instructor who is easy to chat to, interesting in conversation, and clear about the progress you’re making. The best advantage of having Andy as an instructor is his wide range of knowledge of the test centre area and is open about what most often causes test failures. The LDC workbook is a very detailed resource perfect for allowing learners to practice the skills both with Andy and at home with a supervisor. The workbook sets out a full syllable that you can follow start to finish. I did feel this syllable to be thorough in places with a varying usefulness of each lesson, but I cannot deny it giving me more confidence going into my test. Andy ensured all of those lessons were used to highlight different areas around the test routes. As someone who went into process hardly knowing Grantham, I have left it feeling like a local to the roads! The “independent drive” lesson and the mock test were incredible useful for my improving my confidence going into my test. Overall, I would highly recommend lessons with Andy for anyone looking for lessons with no cutting corners or shortcuts. I have completed the progress with much more confidence and looking forward to continuing driving independently building on my skills I learn with Andy.
