As someone who was terrified at the thought of taking driving lessons & determined to never learn to drive until a change in personal circumstances demanded that I bite the bullet, I found the LDC driving system a massive help.

The book & dvd help take the mystery & therefore a lot of the anxiety out of the lessons as you can view your next lesson on dvd & read the theory behind it so you feel prepared & confident when you come to the practical bit. The quiz at the end of each chapter helps you consolidate what you've learned & identify any gaps in your knowledge that you can then work on.

John puts you at ease right away with his relaxed, easy nature, sense of humour & patience. He knows how scary driving can be for some people & so lets you take things at your own pace, offering helpful advice & instruction, building your confidence & then gently nudging you along when he feels you're ready for it. By the end of my course I had gone from being someone who felt physically sick before their lesson to a confident, relaxed & focused person on test day resulting in a first time pass. It's almost with disbelief that I can honestly say I actually enjoyed my lessons & this as well as my new licence, is all to the credit of John & LDC.
