Alan is a fantastic driving instructor, one that I would and will recommend to anyone wishing to pass their test under a relaxed, controlled and enjoyable condition. I found Alan to be extremely reliable, prepared, funny and willing to go that extra mile (no pun intended) to make sure you are best prepared for your test. He puts you at ease with his extensive range of knowledge and more often than not his humour. The car he uses is fantastic for learning in. It is comfortable and very easy to control. I cannot recommend him enough, without him I don't know if I would have passed 1st time. I was extremely nervous on the morning of my test and by the time he had chatted calmly to me about everything and nothing I felt ready and fairly confident about the task ahead. The LDC course work that he sets you is extremely helpful. I started from scratch, no lessons and not even having done my theory test. Again using the LDC course work and putting in the work set by Alan I passed the theory 1st time as well. So put in the hours, listen and do as he says.....job done!!! Thanks Alan you are a star :)
