I passed first time with Richard on 27th July, which shows what a great driving instructor he really is. Unlike other instructors, Richard is laid-back and very supportive as he makes the extra effort to understand you as an individual. I always looked forward to my lessons as his car is very comfortable to drive and you were always guaranteed an interesting chat. Although I was terrified before my test as didn't know what to expect, Richard helped me to relax as he constantly told me to imagine it was just a normal lesson and to drive as I normally do.

I strongly recommend Richard as a driving instructor as he boosts your confidence as a driver and never stops believing in you. Thank you very much for getting me through my test and I hope to see you for my pass plus!
