I passed with Richard on my second attempt, he is a really great instructor and makes learning to drive a lot less of a daunting task, he always helped me to relax and become less nervous while driving and Richard was always on time to the lessons we had planned, if I ever needed to change the time of a lesson then Richard would be happy to do so. If I ever made a mistake Richard would explain clearly in a calm manner on how to improve for next time so I didn't make those mistakes, he made me feel relaxed about driving and I have recommended him to friends.
