Before I met Richard, I had been having driving lessons on and off for about 8 years with another instructor. Unfortunately my confidence was not very good and I never really got up to test standard due to the other instructor taking me around all the back streets rather than the famous Chesterfield roundabouts! I was a very nervous pupil and perhaps over cautious at times, but Richard was great at putting my nerves at ease and made me laugh even though at times I wanted to cry especially when facing my worst fear... The Whittington Moor Roundabout. He is extremely punctual and flexible and has the “patience of a saint” (in his own words!!). The best thing I liked about Richard's method of teaching was the way he would correct you there and then, rather than waiting till the end of the lesson. This is really helpful in helping you remember how to improve your driving and not continue making the same mistakes throughout your lesson. Richard is really friendly and always encouraging and I would certainly recommend him to anyone who wants to take up driving lessons. Do not hesitate, Richard Jones is the one!!! Without his help and constant reassurance I would not be where I am today. You have made my dream come true...Thanks a million Richard!!
