I passed on my 3rd attempt, and I can't thank Richard enough for the help and encouragement that he gave me through each time i went wrong or made a mistake. He had a lot of patience with me and kept giving me tips on how to improve what I was doing wrong, we finally cracked it after a few years. Richard has also taught my sister and my brother and we can all say we wouldn't have wanted anyone different.
