I felt Richard was an informative and patient instructor, two things that are needed for new drivers. I found him very flexible with times and lessons, and he frequently allowed me to change lesson times at short notice when I needed to. Richard is a very easy person to get along with, and was always encouraging and understanding during lessons. 10/10!
