Richard was a very patient instructor and allowed me to progress at my own pace. He was excellent at rectifying my small mistakes, so important for the driving test. I would recommend him to anyone wanting a thourough grounding in the process of driving. I have started doing pass plus and find this invaluable, especially the motorway session.
