From the first lesson in up until passing sue has remained consistently reassuring, focused and patient. i have had previous instructors and felt under pressure to do things correct first time where as sue would make me feel relaxed and if a mistake was made i didn't feel in the wrong or embarrassed. Very pleasant lady to be around and always listen to how the driver feels making driving a lot less scary than you imagine before being in a car.
