Michaela Hinson-Raven

Mark was a brilliant instructor, patient and very flexible in timings and locations of lessons. I sat my exam in Oxford and managed to have several lessons around the test centre, despite it being outside Mark's usual area. Mark was able to fit lessons around when I was free, and was just the right balance of reassuring and building up my confidence, but at the same time pushing me to go beyond my comfort zone. I never thought I'd be able to drive, and much to the surprise of family and friends I passed first time, thanks to Mark!
