I have just finished my Instructor training Course and Qualified as an ADI . I found all materials useful but felt if it wasn't for the fact Bob helped me on the way with his Client Centred approach that l may have struggled. I feel Bob's way and approach has steered me in the right direction. He explains things well and you are totally equal and his approach works around the individual, for the individual. He is an inspiration as a teacher and Driving instructor Coach, he gives great Clarity on what you need ,is never judgemental, happy ,bags of Fun. l have had a fantastic training experience because of Bob and Others (Ian Cockerline & Martin Firth) To try and summarize He and LDC Care, Simple as that !!!! l feel part of a Family, l have never had that in any Workplace. I feel very proud to be part of the ldc family, as for recommending Bob as a trainer and LDC themselves that's easy to, they're the Best in the field. l couldn't say anymore !!!!!
